This place is great! Since I work in the area and there aren’t many great healthy options I found myself coming here. It only took one visit to get hooked. Plus anything here will easily fit into most diets. Cute store and the staff is super awesome too and can share any opinions if you aren’t sure what you want. I really like the Popeye (green protein shake) and am trying the waffles(with strawberries, almonds, banana and agave) for the first time.... Absolutely phenomenal. Must try!

When I saw there was a store selling protein donuts for 3 with tons of different flavor options to boot, I knew I had to give it a try. And boy am I glad I did! Walking into the quaint store, I immediately felt welcome. There was a beautiful display case of a variety of donuts, and I asked the kind store owner for her recommendation. She said the cheesecake was very popular and her personal favorite, so I was sold. I asked if she was the owner, and she said she and her daughter co-own this lovely establishment and have made it their mission to help people live healthier lifestyles and fight against health compilations like diabetes. I really love the mission behind this place- not only do the lovely ladies who own this place have heart but they make a KILLER donut!! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and the nourishment it provided. Definitely give this place a try, you won’t regret it!

I'm absolutely blown away! This place is a hidden gem not only is it incredibly affordable, but the heart behind it shines through in every detail. The owner is truly inspiring so kind, passionate, and clearly dedicated to a health cause that matters. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a place with purpose and soul. And the food? Wow. Do yourself a favor and try the French toast with bananas and strawberries it’s killer! Every bite was heavenly. Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be back (again and again)!
